Woodward Keenagers are a vibrate and active group of 50 + year olds that finds fellowship, fun, and spiritual fulfillment in many different ministries and activities.

Keenager Ministries include(but are not limited to):


Cooks for Christ(CFC) - Individuals who enjoy serving by using talents to cook for others for various mission outreach meal functions, weekly Wednesday night children's' meals,    and church fellowships.


Kingdom Builders - Individuals giving their time and God given talents to assist in the physical work and upgrades to the house of God and community needs through construction, repairs, and renovations.


His Hand Extended - Card sending ministry to encourage and uplift others during times of illness and other appropriate times.


Operation Christmas Child - The annual ministry of assisting the collection of items and   processing of Christmas Shoeboxes for needy children around the world, and staffing for   the Mcminn County Shoebox Collection Center.


Visitation -  To local hospitals, rehabilitation, and nursing facilities and to shut-ins.


Keenager Choir - Special event services and 8:30 am services


Various Mission Projects - Physical and financial assistance


Keenager activities provide a social community for senior adults to experience fellowship and entertainment with others in an uplifting Christian environment. Some of these activities include:


Monthly Fellowships - Banquets and covered dish dinners in the church fellowship areas, movie and game nights, and day trips to interesting local venues


Keenager Retreats - Weekend of fellowship and spiritual enrichment


Extended Vacation Trips - Trips that are from 8 to 12 days to exciting places such as Grand  Canyon,  Boston (Cape Cod), Savannah GA, Orlando FL (Disney World), and Branson MO.
